POCKET SPRINGS - REACHING THE IDEAL

Pocket spring forms remain the highest, unsurpassed form of spring systems for mattresses. Each spring is placed in a separate cloth pocket which allows it to work independently. This idea allows to obtain topical flexibility, unreachable for the traditional spring systems. On the other hand, separation of springs with a cloth excludes any possibility of noise. If we add the highest quality materials used in production, we receive a product guaranteeing a healthy sleep in comfortable conditions. Sleep full of luxury.
 

1.ZONEFLEX/FULLFLEX – pocket spring forms

Classic pocket spring forms - single- or multi-zone. Due to the fact that each spring works independently from the adjacent springs, where each of them is placed in a separate pocket, we obtain a perfect support for the body while sleeping. The springs, working independently, actively reduce sleep disturbances which can be caused by movements of the sleeping partner.

Possible lateral gluing or with cloth from the top and bottom side of the spring format. Up to 200 millimetre high, in various hardness combinations:

  • H1- soft spring forms
  • H2- standard spring forms
  • H3- hard spring forms

It is possible to have the clamping frame fitted in the centre or at the edge of the spring form.

ZONEFLEX – zone spring forms Due to the use of various wire diameters, we obtain support zones with varied hardness, supporting the body stronger in places where the pressure is higher.

FULLFLEX – single-zone spring forms The whole system consists of springs with the same hardness.

 

2.LOWFLEX – the lowest spring forms

Spring forms 4/5/6 centimetre high. Due to the low height, they are perform for low seats of upholstery furniture or armchairs. They are successfully applied in sophisticated seats of office chairs. The LOWFLEX spring formats work perfectly as one of layers in the multi-layer systems.

Development of the LOWFLEX idea. Even higher density of springs makes this spring form a low compact base for a luxury furniture piece, guaranteeing the highest utility values.

 

3. MULTIFLEX MICRO 1000 S – 500 springs per square metre.

The use of about 500 springs per square meter allowed to obtain properties unreachable for other standard solutions. The large amount of springs provided improvement of the utility properties and durability of the spring form. MULTIFLEX MICRO 1000 S spring forms increase the marketing potential of the manufacturers of mattresses, additionally strengthening all qualities offered by pocket springs.

These spring forms are also available in seven- or single-zone versions, with or without a clamping frame. They can be one of the elements of the KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM.

 

4. MULTIFLEX MICRO 2000 S – 1000 springs per square meter

1000 springs per square meter! All features of the MULTIFLRX MICRO 1000 S spring format have been doubled and the features of pocket springs - multiplied. The special shape of the spring, diameter and number of coils allow the topical flexibility, valued so much in the pocket springs, to offer a level of comfort unreachable for other spring systems.

These spring forms are also available in seven- or single-zone versions, with or without a clamping frame.

They can be one of the elements of the KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM.

 

5. HIGH-LOW SPRINGS - unique system of pocket spring forms

Use of springs with various heights in the same row of the pocket spring form maximises its comfort and provides it with unique uniformity. When the spring form is pressured, at first we press only the high springs which gives the effect of softness and comfort at the initial mattress pressuring. When the springs are compressed to the level of low springs, all springs start to work and the pocket spring form responds with a more solid support.

 

6. HOURGLASS - 3 springs in 1

The HOURGLASS type spring’s special design makes it in fact to be three springs in one. The top and bottom parts are clearly wider and they are responsible for the sense of comfort at initial pressuring, the middle part is narrower due to which it offers support only when needed.

Each spring is closed in its own cloth pocket which allows to actively reduce sleep disturbances which can be caused by movements of the sleeping partner. The spring working in a pocket independently from the adjacent spring maximises the effect of individual flexibility and provides full satisfaction from the result given by the pocket spring form.

The HOURGLASS type springs can be used in HIGH-LOW spring forms, in the KOMBI ZONE systems, MULTI-LAYER SPRING FORM systems, ANATOMIC systems.

 

7.SPRING IN SPRING – exclusive system of pocket spring forms

In the SPRING IN SPRING system pocket forms, the specially designed springs contain an internal pocket spring. The two-step support system, where in case of smaller pressure only the external spring bends and in case of greater pressure also the middle one starts working, can identify and react to any movement of the body lying on the mattress rapidly.

The SPRING IN SPRING type springs can be used in HIGH-LOW spring forms, in the KOMBI ZONE systems, MULTI-LAYER SPRING FORM systems, ANATOMIC systems.

 

8. SOFT PRESSURE SPRINGS

They provide a unique combination of flexibility, comfort and support which allows to them to respond to the body pressure in a proper manner and perfectly adjust to its shape. The changing geometry of the spring is the secret of success of the SOFT PRESSURE SPRINGS! These springs provide comfortable softness at the initial pressuring of the mattress and they respond with increasingly strong support during further pressuring. The top and bottom part of the spring, due to the dense coils, provides softness and comfort, while the middle part with thin coils provides proper support.

The SOFT PRESSURE SPRINGS type springs can be used in HIGH-LOW spring forms, in the KOMBI ZONE systems, MULTI-LAYER SPRING FORM systems, ANATOMIC systems.

 

9. KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM - 4 types of pocket spring forms in a single mattress

The KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM is a totally different approach to the concept of hardness zones in the pocket spring form. It allows to use up to four types of springs in a single spring form, differing in terms of diameter, creating support zones with various characteristics. The KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM offers the manufacturer of mattresses significantly greater flexibility in the selection of the zone hardness characteristics, including the use of the MULTIFLEX MICRO springs as the zone.

The KOMBI ZONE SYSTEM is a perfect example of a flexible marketing tool which allows to design a custom pocket spring form.

 

10. ANATOMIC SYSTEM - custom design of the pocket spring form

This is the highest achievement within the scope of individual design of pocket spring forms by the manufacturers of mattresses. Possibility of application of up to 4 diameters of wire in a single spring form provides a large number of possible spring hardness types, thus an unlimited possibilities in design of the support areas. The hardness zones can be formed in any shape and in any direction, creating a mattress insert that is perfectly adjusted to the body shape. The ANATOMIC SYSTEM is a powerful marketing weapon, allowing the manufacturer of mattresses to offer a product nobody offers, manufactured according to a unique design.

 

11. MULTI-LAYER SYSTEM – sophisticated luxury

It allows to produce ready mattress inserts as a system of two or three pocket spring forms. It is the highest achievement in terms of luxury solutions, offering comfort impossible in case of other solutions - to be applied in the highest class mattresses.

MULTI-LAYER BREATHING SYSTEM

It is a special version of the MULTI-LAYER SYSTEM. Application of the HIGH-LOW springs as the middle layer allows for uniquely efficient ventilation and free air flow inside the mattress. The MULTI-LAYER SYSTEM spring forms are delivered to the manufacturer of mattresses as packed in the ROLL-PACK system.
